“True Modi wave or Lehar is come after Gyanesh Quake.”
Let us exhume it fully.
I. SEMANTIC ACCOUNT – WHAT THE FILES SAY
There are two SIRs in India today. Public thinks there is one.
SIR-1: Special Intensive Revision- EC’s exercise to clean voter rolls. Official data as of Sept 2026: ∼13.3 crore names deleted in draft rolls.
– ∼9.5 crore – absent / permanently shifted / other – 71.5%
– ∼2.8 crore – dead – 21%
– ∼1 crore – multiple enrolment – 7.5%
Scale is unprecedented. Some districts show 10-30% shrinkage in draft. UP, Maharashtra, Bengal, Karnataka, Delhi most affected. Final rolls after claims under Form 6 and objections under Form 7 still being restored in phases. Court scrutiny on, UN letters on.
SIR-2: S. I. R. – Shri Gyanesh Kumar – Chief Election Commissioner appointed under 2023 law. 3-member Commission: CEC Gyanesh Kumar, ECs Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, Vivek Joshi.
On 23 Sept 2026, Indian Express reported: Sandhu and Joshi recorded 14 dissent notes in 10 months – 4 on single day. Allegations:
1. 14 unilateral administrative orders issued in name of full Commission without placing file before other two.
2. Change in Form 6 – new fields about parents/grandparents presence in old SIRs of 2002-2005 – flagged as intrusive and not approved.
3. Centralisation of electoral database under Director General-IT in Delhi, custody moved from EROs – Electoral Registration Officers – who under Section 13B, 22, 23 of RP Act 1950 are statutory authorities.
4. In West Bengal, 16.10 lakh appeals filed in name of EC against orders of Electoral Registration Officers restoring voters – without approval of full Commission or CEO Bengal.
5. Software glitches, blocking of logins, bulk deletions.
EC official response: all SIR decisions taken unanimously, differences in multi-member body normal, dissent notes give incomplete picture.
Opposition response, semantic: “CEC must go, SIR must pause, Supreme Court must intervene, burnt EVMs behind curtain” – Mamata. “Vote chori, treason” – Rahul. Petitions in Bombay HC to quash SIR orders and put on record 14 orders, hearing Oct 22, another petition Oct 5 on 2 crore Maharashtra deletions.
May be we can call second event Gyanesh Quake – file earthquake inside Nirvachan Sadan. And the real Modi Lehar has comes after it.
This is not conspiracy theory. This is observation of timing: wave after quake. Question is causal or coincidental.
II. ANASMIC REVERSAL – WHAT LOSS REFUSES TO BE MOURNED
Anasemia asks: what dead do we carry alive inside word?
1. The dead inside word “Special.”
Why special? Because routine died.
From 1951 to 2004, India did intensive revisions almost every 5 years, before every general election. After computerization 2004-2014, we stopped. We moved to summary revision – add new, delete dead via Form 7.
We did not mourn that India changed: 40 crore circulatory migrants now, Aadhaar age, rental housing without rent agreement, one person lives in 2 states.
Instead of introjecting loss – saying “settled village voter model dead, we need portable franchise, continuous revision, ERO autonomy, migrant can vote where he works with self-declaration” – we incorporated.
We swallowed migrant alive: kept him as ghost in village list where house locked, as non-entity in city where landlord denies proof. He is living-dead voter, zinda laash.
For 10 years we kept 9.5 crore such living-dead inside list because deleting is politically costly. Then we vomit in one special drive.
Special means: we refused to do small daily mourning, so we do one intensive funeral.
That is why SIR creates 13 crore draft deletions at once. The scale itself is confession of 10-year failure to mourn mobility.
2. The dead inside word “Intensive.”
Intensive means centralised, software-driven, target-bound, house-to-house in 90 days.
Why intensive? Because trust in ERO died.
ERO is lowest statutory officer – SDM, BDO – who under law decides inclusion/deletion after hearing. In old Pilorino model, justice was seen in square, person called, heard.
In new DG-IT model, justice is seen in Delhi server – logical discrepancy, photo similarity 70%, age mismatch.
We did not mourn loss of ERO as human judge. We swallowed him whole – kept his signature on order, but software decided in Delhi. Hence 14 dissents say “file not shown to ECs.” ERO says “login blocked, order auto-generated.”
Intensive hides death of hearing.
3. The dead inside word “Revision.”
Revision means to see again – re-vision.
But to see again you must have seen first time. EC team goes to house, finds lock, writes absent. Did it see migrant in Delhi slum? No.
So revision becomes un-seeing. It revises paper, not person.
Its crypt carries phantom infiltrator – Bangladeshi Muslim, Rohingya, duplicate ghost – who must exist to justify un-seeing. If infiltrator not there, how justify deleting 10%? So infiltrator kept alive inside speech, even if real infiltrator numbers unknown.
III. HOW QUAKE BECOMES LEHAR – FILE TO WAVE
Old Modi Lehar 2014 was bottom-up: chai shop, youth angry at inflation, corruption, Manmohan’s silence. Media amplified but appeared to do it’s job. One could feel it without TV.
New Lehar after Quake is top-down: file inside, wave outside.
Mechanism:
Step 1: List shrinks. 13 crore deleted in draft. Net after restoration maybe 4-5 crore – still huge. Some assembly constituencies shrink 15-20k voters.
Step 2: Appeals reverse restoration. In Bengal, 16.10 lakh appeals filed by EC itself against its own EROs who restored names. This is unheard – Commission appealing against its own officer who heard citizen.
Anasemic meaning: Commission no longer trusts its own eyes. It trusts server.
Step 3: Wave appears. If you delete 15k names in seat where winning margin was 5k in 2021, new winner may be different without campaign. Opposition calls it vote chori, ruling side calls it cleaning. Both are true partially.
So wave is no longer wind. It is after-quake water movement. In tsunami, sea recedes first – rolls shrink – then water rushes in – new majority appears.
That is why our view is precise: True Modi wave is come after Gyanesh Quake. Not before. After.
IV. Pappu to Bapu to Lehar: Same Heritva
This connects to my previous anasemic exploration.
– To make Modi strongman, one needed Pappu – infant opponent.
– To make Rahul survive, one needed Bapu – saint to emerge.
– To make Lehar after Quake look natural, it was distruptive infiltrator – impure voter was needed.
All three are Heritva: heritage into what is precious and worth carrying further.. .
– Hinduism as plural lived dharma – Hindutva – deductive one holyland test and nothing more.
– Konkani as 5-script mother tongue Konknitva – one script Devanagari and nothing more .
– Universal franchise as 95 crore messy living list SIR-tva – one pure list without ghosts/infiltrators and nothing more.
SIR-tva needs FIR-tva: when you protest pure list, you get FIR.
SIR to FIR is same has manifested the Modi wave .
V. WHAT WOULD OPEN CRYPT – EXCRIPTION
Abraham and Torok: crypt opens only when unspeakable words are spoken outside.
Unspeakable words for each actor:
For CEC and EC:
“We centralized IT to do SIR fast and broke convention of multi-member Commission. 14 dissents are not normal differences, they are symptoms that file did not move. We must publish all 14 orders, dissent notes, and restore ERO autonomy under Section 13B. Multi-member means recorded majority with dissent visible, not unanimity press note.”
For Government and supporters of Lehar:
“If we claim wave, we must want wave on full rolls, not shrunk rolls. Let booth-wise draft vs final comparison be public before election, with reasons – death certificate, shift location proof, duplicate EPIC – and let claims window be 90 days with door-to-door help for migrants, not 30 days with document demand.”
For Opposition and protestors facing FIR:
“Rolls were dirty. 105% enrolment in some districts was real. 9.5 crore shifted names include many who really shifted and now vote twice or whose families keep card for other benefits. Cleaning is needed. But cleaning must be continuous, portable, not special intensive with software that work with mere logical discrepancy.”
For Middle class that bought Pappu then Bapu then Lehar:
“We bought Pappu to avoid debating jobs, bought Bapu to forgive ourselves for mocking Pappu, now buy Quake-Lehar theory to avoid admitting we don’t know if our own name will be there in 2029.”
Democracy is that: name exists because person exists, not because file says he shifted.
When file says shifted before seeing city where he shifted, it is not revision. It is erasure.
When protest against erasure gets FIR, erasure becomes somewhat a common perception.
That is why SIR to FIR is not two processes. It is one Heritva with two letters:
S- See again – becomes F – File again.
Between S and F, citizen – migrant, Dalit, poor Muslim, Goan in Gulf – who needed buttermilk, gets deletion and then case number.
Till we learn to embrace all Indians and count later, some of us will doubt Lehar after Quake
That doubt itself is quake’s aftershock.
